i use internet explorer and ive got the new flash but still no conclusion. oh and yeah stealth used to be rank 8. that was his alt account

Hey dude was stealth on like a noob account or something? Cause he's only like rank 3 in that vid.
About the lag, try using internet explorer. Works a lot better for sa than my high speed internet does. Also use latest version of flash player. With those 2 things, now i hardly ever have any lag when filming.
