I am so hungry it is 2:00am in the morning...watching people make huevos rancheros doesn't help either lol.

@Sweetaple02 beef, wheat, rice, mangoes, citrus, garlic, onions, cheese, sour cream... and WAY more are all from the old world and aren't cooked how they were there. Common, what mexicans are making is not what the Spaniards did. They should just eat squash. ;)

I will try it for my children with less heat for them but I do have a question... why the Cuban music on the background? Just curious :)

Perez Prado is from Cuba but he spent most of his life in Mexico City. He is very popular there with the older generations. He is one of my father ilaws favorite artists he is also very famous there for his work with the Orchestra in Mexico City before he died. So this is why, we simply love his music. It's fun and upbeat and has many ties to Mexico.
