After several attempts we made a decent rocket and here it is.

The engine on this contained two 2" grains of kno3/sugar fuel. Engine diameter was 1" with a drylock cement nozzle. The engine was then attached to a 3.5' wooden 3/8" dowel and center of balance was at the nozzle. As you can see in the video there are a few hitches in the smoke stream this is probably due to the nozzle wearing away.

I tried to video tape this longer however I lost it in the sky! Please excuse my brothers excitement as this was one of the few good launches :)
