There was a weird glitch me and my friend found once.
Get wanted, and find a certain area in the second unlocked area of Haven City.
If you press up against the wall, you'll hear the phrases the female robot says when re-entering the city from the outer lands.
If you try and walk too far out after you're not wanted anymore, you fall through the ground.
