you can choose the item you get (well not EXACTLY choose), by saving the game before you open it. Then keep reloading until u get something good from it.
This should work with this, but i have only done it on the stones at the top of oblivion's towers. It should work, seeing this guy said it's randomized.
*However, i do think a list of items was made into this trick, and sooner or later, you're gonna get the same items, just in a different order (the oblivion stones)... cool trick though

@RetardedLama62 Toward the end of the game you should reach a place called Mankor Camoran's Paradise. When you reach this area, follow the video guide and you should be able to locate him.
