As fun as the SRT-4 is though I also have a Toyota MR2 MKII Turbo and that is my favorite car. Not as quick as the SRT but def. more fun to drive being mid-engine. So I'm not just some American or Dodge fanboy. I can see it both ways.

Funny that I found this video because my cousin has an Si and I have an '05 SRT-4. Both cars have their good points and bad points. This has been a subject of friendly debate for us for some time. We have gone so far as to trade cars for a whole week. His Honda has the build quality and if you factor in the handling it is very fun to drive. But performance wise - even he agrees that my SRT-4 is quicker. I can run 13.9 all day and I'm the first to admit I'm not a very good driver. Bone stock

this is why i love my 93 LT1 firebird formula. I/E CHIP 160 STAT 3:73's 121,000mi and considering it's 18 yrs old now still runs 13.70's. i'm 54 and keep it running like the day i picked it up.alot of people run up against tired/abused LT1's but a good running LT1 can still put a hurtin' on alot of modern muscle. hell i won't do it because i take care of my car
but if i would take my son's advice and hook up a 125 shot it'll be in the 12's without touching the engine,enjoy your cars !

im pretty sure the cars are evenly matched. they both failed a launch and both ran close times. those civics might not have too much hp but they can perform well with a few mods. just a turbo alone is a massive change. or in this case supercharger. didnt hear a BOV for turbo

@stageblood1 well the srt-4 driver was a joke. I,m not a dodge fan or an honda hater but i know that a stock srt-4 can run 13.9 and there is no way for an srt-4 to loose to a civic si if both are stock.
