My way to quickly make a fried egg with very little oil and very little fuss.
The trick is to use a metallic lid and pre-heat it., even by putting it on top of the hob directly (see the video). In the video the pan/lid were already pre-heated ;)
As the lid is hot, it radiates heat back and cooks the top of the egg. Easy.
Use a good non-stick pan.
