The Champagne has grown larger and more luxurious, allowing the master bedroom and ensuite bathroom to be extended. New fabrics are teamed with furniture in 'Romana Cherry' woodgrain and 'Westminster' wall covering to give a high quality feel to the spacious lounge and dining areas. The lounge features a luxury freestanding sofa incorporating a pull out bed, two arm chairs and a free standing hardwood coffee table. The focal point is a stylish 'Dante' glass-fronted, electric fire with space for a flatscreen TV above. The dining area provides a modern hardwood dining table and four leather look upholstered chairs situated under a glazed gable to create a light, spacious feel.

The lounge is large enough to take the sofa bed, two armchairs and cabinets which come as standard. Also as standard is a Sony 5.1 DVD home theatre system with a USB input to enable you to play digital films, MP3 audio and other formats from an MP3 player or USB stick.

In the dining area is a glass topped table and four chairs whilst the kitchen has just about everything you could wish for, including a dishwasher, a twin cavity oven, a five burner gas hob with a wok stand above which is a stainless steel extractor. There is also a microwave, an American style fridge/freezer and a large pull-out larder.

From the kitchen, a door leads into the hallway and the sleeping accommodation. Immediately on the left as you leave the kitchen is the shower room which has a thermostatically controlled shower unit, plus a toilet, and washbasin with a mirror and cupboard on the wall above. There's also a chromed ladder towel radiator, and an extractor fan above the obscure glazed window.

Opposite the shower room is the second bedroom. This has two single beds with reading lights above them. Above the reading lights is a shelf separating two wall cupboards, whilst facing the bottom of the beds is a built-in wardrobe and four drawers. The main bedroom, is large enough to take the home's 5ft double bed. There are two vertical headboards with a shelf above them running across the wall to a pelmet on the outside wall. Both the shelf and the pelmet have concealed lighting. Opposite the foot of the bed is a dressing table.

The en suite has a 'P' shaped bath with a shower on the wall above it, as well as a washbasin. As in the case of the shower room, there is a chromed ladder towel radiator, plus an extractor fan. Next to the en suite is a walk-in wardrobe which has two built-in sets of drawers, plus shelving, and two hanging rails.
