I recall a shop that sold swords and crafts and things - it was above a harbour - is there such a shop or harbour in Conwy?

I grew up inside the walls of Conwy and I'm well accustomed to the tales of ghostly happenings in mine and surrounding streets but I have never heard this chilling tale! Thanks very much!
