@Lucero2405 I had great success with my 'trigger thumb', using the 'flextend' demonstration videos exercises for hand /arm complaints by URehab. I actually never bought the product but improvised with a rubber band interlaced between my finger/thumb tips . After 3 months of increasing disability before starting the program, it improved so much in 2 days that i decided to do without the glove. 3 months later all symptoms had gone :) You need to stretch the hand too not just the wrist ?

ehowhealth Please can you tell me what can i do to close my fist, i had a broken radius in my left wrist, i had surgery almost 2 month ago i did a lot of exercises that i found on internet very helpful but nothing for my fist, i can't close it , what can you sugest?
