@51Sarge51 That's from VFA-102 The Diamondback based in Atsugi Japan.

@HarrisonRuess: This particular F/A-18F jet is the CAG bird of US Navy Squadron VFA-102 Diamondbacks based at NAS Atsugi, Japan. (CAG stands for Commander of Air Group and is basically the jet that the squadron commander flies. In the US Navy, this means it usually gets a nicer color scheme and more care than the 'normal' jets in the squadron.)

@51Sarge51 The United States Navy. Its the CAG from VFA-102 "Diamondbacks"

I asume by the climb that it was a plane with the upgraded engines refitted

its not the cost, its too visible, all the other planes other then the commanding officer has a low visibility paint scheme

It's American - and it's Navy. You can tell from US's armed forces logo on the side of the jet, just below the front of the canopy (pause the video at about 15 secs). And at about 16 secs, you can tell it's Navy because the tail says NF on it (the white lettering right at the end of the tail - US Navy Hornets have NF, NJ, NE, etc on them), and it also says 'Navy' under the red tail behind the wing on the side of the jet. Google image search it, you'll be able to find many shots of Navy Hornets
