@beefcake8888 first of all i didnt say mathcore, i said math to state the similarities. secondly im pretty sure you are genre-whoring . im not really sure why pointing out a fact, and misnaming some genre leads you to believe im not a muscian. how do i not know anything about "time sigs" also known as meters to everyone thats older than 22. :(

But that isn't mathcore. That's complex 4/4. Mathcore uses signature changes to multiple odd times. As this, does not. I love this band, and this song, but i'm sick of people who know nothing about time signatures, or playing an instrument, calling everything by Daughters "Mathcore", when some of their music isn't.

@beefcake8888 mathcore doesnt have to avoid 4/4 at all, 4/4 can be played in very complex ways, listen to the new tera melos album, plenty of fours in there and thats considered math. lol.
