Now the USDA says that a regular egg contains less cholesterol than before?? Who do they think they are scaming?? The truth is that all egg producers (SPECIALTY EGGS INCLUDED) are afraid of a huge turnaround in their Industry same as 30 years ago where consumption dropped ( and still is) dramatically due to the high % of Cholesterol in eggs. I mean this is common sense, if a healthy and regular person can not consume more than 300 mlg of cholesterol a day and a regular egg has 290 mlg (NOT 198mlg AS THE USDA CLAIMS), imagine someone with cholesterol and heart problems!!! This Paracol Eggs really can provoque a huge difference in perception. They never came accesible to public because the doors were close to them!!!! Hope they can find an investor and take this eggs to the street and supermarkets!! It would be lovely to see the response from the egg stablishment!!
