i think she should have just waited for her braces to be fixed. her teeth would still move back a little which will make her lips move back aswell.so the side part of her nose (ALAC) will still be stretched backward too.i think that will help the appearance of the nose.coz she had a pulled- forward alac makes her nose look like a tomato or round because of the teeth. just my hypothesis.

@lolamaylondon i think a NOT THAT MUCH difference is the real difference.i saw really big change on some people who have undergone this procedure and its ridiculous!yes they have a big narrow pointed noise but its too scandalous you can easily tell theyve been knifed!i would love people saying "there's something different in you but they cant tell"

her nose before looks very fat & full!! her nose looks really fine after the surgery!

It looked better after, but not by much. It certainly wasn't that much of a difference to go through plastic surgery.
