Hey you forgot to say "Hello my You Tube Friends" thats ok you were distracted by that good looking guy with the camera ;).....I too would like to get copies of the meal plans and grocery list ....that is the hardest thing for me to do is get an organized meal plan and list and so I end up starving and head to fast food for a quick fix due to lack of prepartion ....I need help thanks for all you have done by sharing....you are a great role model

Hi, they don't let us say brand names like youtube on national TV unless they sign a consent form :) I will definitely go over my meal and grocery list in my next video along with a few other things. (hugz)
