No, no, no, no...NO! Why do so many people claim to know secrets or proper prep procedures for Chicago style food when they obviously do NOT know what they are talking about?! This clip is SO WRONG. It is titled "..deep dish.." WHAT?! He rolled out a thin crust pizza. A deep dish pizza would NEVER have so much flour on it - never. And, it really isn't rolled. It is pressed into the pan, pushed up against the sides of the pan, with NO flour under it - oil is between the pan and dough. Ugghh...
