MLK DAY KKK march/anti-march protest in JENA, LA - Part 1

About 50 white separatists protested the Martin Luther King Jr. holiday Monday in this tiny town, which was thrust into the spotlight months ago by 20,000 demonstrators who claimed prosecutors discriminated against blacks.
Police separated participants in the "pro-majority" rally organized by the Learned, Miss.-based Nationalist Movement from a racially mixed group of about 100 counter-demonstrators outside the LaSalle Parish Courthouse. There was no violence and one arrest, a counter-demonstrator.

Thankfully, racial prejudice is now waning and in a decade or two the need for affirmative action will no longer be needed. Affirmative action was only needed to neutralise the historical injustices, and the racial prejudices that is still evident in some areas of America or American life.

I agree with you. However, 150-200 years of operation of the black means some things needed to be done to right the wrongs. American society is still far from equal; there is still an awful lot of covert racism in all walks of life, often directed at blacks but also Hispanics. Whites are more likely to have an advantage when they go for a interview in most corporations; whites more likely to get student loans to get higher education. These are just two examples of where whites have an advantage

i must say i do agree that nobody stands for white people, and if 6 white guys beat up a black guy people go nuts. but its the other way around and nobody stands up for the white guy. blacks, mexicans, asians, you all want equaltiy and i agree completely. but equality is a two way street.

@riggerize I did not setup the American civil rights system but I think it should work equally for all and the only civil rights I see being violated are my own.
