No, Jenny is River Song. They need to re-populate the Time Lord race, so Jenny pretends to be River and they get married, and later have Time Lads, and Lasses.

The video doesn't make much sense to me but I get the gist of it. I agree, it had to happen. I'm literally obsessed with the idea of Jenny and the Master being together, I just think it sounds perfect. I know, that sounds strange, but that's what I think!!!
