In this lecture, Dr. Russell Blaylock explains one of the most important connections between nutrition and our health- how nutrition affects our behavior. Citing a series of important studies, he shows that good nutrition can powerfully enhance our memory, mood, and behavior in a socially desirable way. Like wise he shows us that poor nutrition can lead our youth into a world of violence, crime, depression and suicide. By using an impressive array of studies on both juvenile and adult prisoners, Dr. Blaylock demonstrates these principals and outlines specific measures you can take to protect your children from these detrimental effects. Most importantly, he shows us that it is never too late to make these nutritional changes. You can order this DVD now at www.blaylockwellnesscenter.com.

  • I do think Dr. Blaylock maybe onto something. He is not actually board certified as his website states as he has not kept up with Maintenance of Certification. His website does not allow messages to be sent to him so I wasn't able to contact him about this error.

  • drsa76, I would like to know why you think this. If you visit the American Board of Medical Specialties website you will find that Dr. Russell Blaylock is still listed as a board certified neurosurgeon. But please send me (his son) a message if you feel that Dr. Blaylock needs to be made aware of any kind of error regarding his credentials and I'll see that he gets it.

  • Amazing. I want a copy so I can broadcast this on public access channel, if that is ok with you.

  • Yes, that's fine. Just be sure to tell your audience where they can get a copy. Thanks.

  • Thats why I wonder why the people don't care for what they eat. Just as the only demand for food would be a nice taste. How simple minded people are ....

  • Dr. Blaylock is truly a pioneer in his field and deserves credit for so much of his hard work!

  • @Sulekha1920 Showing*

  • Dr. Blaylock, where do i get the slide show you were sowing on the video?

  • Would be better if you could turn the horribly intrusive music off.

  • I love people who blow the whistle and tell the truth. If only everyone would do it then we could save the planet.

  • @thrustfang quackwatch means nothing. Stephen Barrett, M.D. is nobody. I would never trust his work or articles based on my understandings.

  • @drblaylock

For someone who is supposed to be a neurosurgeon, he seems to act awfully like he wants his certification revoked. Funny how both he and the "Association of American Physicians and Surgeons" show up on Quackwatch and Rationalwiki for a variety of concerning reasons.

  • If you'd like to see Dr. Russell Blaylock lecture on "Nutrition & Behavior" he will be presenting at the "Yes ... We Can Think Outside the Box" Next Generation Conference on Science-Based Medicine February 19 & 20, 2011 at Nova Southeastern University. You can visit askrfi.com for more details

  • Nutrition plays so many different roles in our lives
