  • I LOVE the language "recovery movement" for many reasons, but perhaps most significantly it shifts the focus from identity to the expectation of an individual or a system.

    A suggestion for improvement is to recognize all mental health services as professional. At 4:46, you state "consumer-operated services or professionally-operated services." I think we would be better served to say clinical services when referencing the medical model. See more thoughts below.

  • I find the need for solidarity among Mental Health consumers a great, important one be cause with my individual MH issues there is a great lack of Solidarity between me & MH consumers in general.
