Talking Shark!!

Bit of fun with a small reef shark, before being released. Note the shark's teeth. Shark was released unharmed!! Quite common to catch whitetip and blacktip reef shark, whaler sharks as bycatch whilst reef fishing. Great fight and good fun, giving a good workout. At times sharks will quite often also take your quality reef fish whilst fishing. So can be a balance between fighting and wearing out a fish, or take too long and a Shark will take an easy feed.

Unfortunately plenty of sharks, this was a baby, and we do release all sharks and unwanted fish, they have a place in the food chain, and great to see,
