Hi, I am in eighth grade and I'm making a film for class. I would like to have some release forms, just to avoid possible issues. I am interviewing teachers, physicians, and different citizens etc. I know I should have them sign a release form, but what exactly should it say? Also, if I ask people off the street a question or two, do I have to have them sign a release? Also, whats should a location release be for and when am i required to use one?
