This is rockabilly, & this is the one eason that Herbie Duncan wasn't played or heard in these parts and i'm not refferring to the north pole markowee. I'm in the evergreen state where it was all mainstream you know, like Eddie, Gene, the Kalins. Skip & Flip, Bobby Darin etcetra....anyway thx4 postin', I do realize what I missed ot on, Rockabilly really packs a punch!
Another slab of rockabilly vinyl that was probably censored in the USA. The government couldn't handle these guys. Sounds like he was havin' a good time.
This song was referred to by Lux Interior of the Cramps in a 1980 'Sounds' article. Apparently it was "Lux's all-time favourite piece of rockabilly dementia".
