The Morning of CYCLONE YASI off the east coast of Australia

We have just been devastated by floods right down the east coast of australia, pretty much all our major cities on this side of the country have had severe storm and weather damage, now we are faced with townsville / cairns being torn apart as well.

There will be a MAJOR shortage of rentals in australia, which will add to the already increasing numbers of homeless people due to insurance companies not paying out their customers. RENTS WILL RISE SUBSTANTIALLY - FOOD WILL RISE SUBSTANTIALLY - PETROL along with all this destruction, and the onset of severe inflation, we are in for tough times for the next few years.

There is some upside to this, a lot of tradespeople have been out of work for a few years due to the economic climate in australia. Now those tradespeople will have work for the next few years.
