@UrukHai659 You know nothing about the kind of person Chuck Schuldiner was so stop talking out of your ass, and go listen to the Kiss version. Why would you click on a death metal band's cover of a song, if you don't like death metal? Chuck's first album was Destroyer, the album this song is on, and it was the album that made him decide to be a musician. He was influenced by this band and others, and this was his homage to them. I know KISS would appreciate this, artist to artist.

While the guitar is awesome, the vocals totally ruined it for me. If Kiss never wrote God of Thunder, this would be a pretty good song. However, they did. Comparing the two, this doesn't deven come close.
