  • I couldn't have said it any better than that. I agree with every word. There are plenty guys out there who just don't get it, they don't listen and just rant and rave when they get bad reviews. They are the guys making tracks to kwikchex to dig themselves into an even deeper hole. They are the guys who deserve the bad reviews.

  • Great presentation, and great lessons for us all -- even those outside of hospitality. How the world would change if we all dealt with comments, criticisms and praise in the way Daniel describes... Thanks again, Dan, for guiding us all on the importance of standing up for one's self, while maintaining dignity and reputation!
