You can't even see insurancemike10's profile. Clearly he's a crook, don't listen to him!

@DiceHunt You describe a perfect scenario for not having life insurance on a young, single, financially infdependent person but life is not like that my friend. I lost a single male cousin to a mugger in NY city. He was not financially independent. His parents did not have money. After expenses the family owed $27,000US. They had to sell property and borrow money. Only if the 27 year old lad had some sort of inexpensive term insurance, things would have turned out quite differently

@insurancemike10 Hello Mike, if you know how to work with investments consider: yep, the market was down. So when you buy your stock or mutual funds, is it better to pay $X.00 and later sell it for $XX.00 or buy it for $XXX.00 and sell it for $X.00. I think it's obvious. Buy it when it's low; sell it when it's high. Same with a house, which unfortunately right now is not in the favor of many. They paid high, and if they sell it, they're going to lose. I've been thru the ups & downS & am fine!

@sinfuldavy0 What is the purpose of having life insurance if: you have no family, do not own a house, did move out but are independent and DO have SOME savings. You do not need to leave a form of support for your spouse and children, because they do not exist! Your family, most likely your parents, are able to use your "some" savings to take care of the cost of your burial. Amen. Enough said.

Most Insurance agent of course won't agree........ We DON'T NEED Life Insurance forever. What we need when we RETIRE is WHAT?!!!!! MONEY, YES!!!!! We have to BUILD our NEST EGG. That's why we need is a LOW COST Insurance which is LEVEL TERM so that we can save money for our RETIREMENT......

Wow another Primeria agent speaking the "Untruth" - amazing And ave. rate of return of 10% "that's not to difficult to find" Well where is that? Last 10 years the s&p was negative? Google "Why investors may be fooling themselves - wsj" - it's an article from the Wall Street Journal and basically shows how the ave. investor earns less than 4% in the market.

Great ideas for financial security and creating financial wealth later on in the future
I don't agree that young single people don't need life insurance.
