  • what about vitamin B12? how do you adress the substances that are necessary but are not manufactured by the body? I am looking for a good regimen of eating but the raw foods seem to be missing some nutrients, and recently many raw food educators have come to the same conclusion after years of obstaining of some food groups. thanx
