T-Mobile cell tower mayhem

At C-Bar-C park in Roseville, there are cell towers that have no padlocks to their power and fiber switchgear. Anyone can walk up and "turn-off" the cell towers power or unplug the fiber switches. T-Mobile isn't the only unsecured cell tower at this public park, but AT&T and ClearWire was totally accessible and unlocked too! Only the Verizon tower was secured. I am actually shocked by the lack of security here. Someone could hold cell signal hostage and demand ransom or coverage will go down Roseville...just by flicking this switch... Ok that's dumb. :) lmao
