Deviled eggs are such a popular summer food. In this episode, Brini shares her extra special deviled egg recipe with Mary Ellen - and you!

You'll need:

1 dozen hard boiled eggs
2 Tbs. mayonnaise
1 Tbs. white vinegar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. paprika
1/4 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
Chopped fresh chives for garnish

Shell the eggs, cut them in half lengthwise, remove the yolks to a large mixing bowl and set the whites aside. Mash the yolks with a fork, and then add the rest of the ingredients except for the chives. Blend well. Fill the whites with the yolk mixture and garnish with the chives.

  • Brini, a piping bag is simpler, and easy to make if you can't find one.

  • @Christina5Archer Yes, it is. The filling for this particular deviled egg recipe is too thick for one though. I think it's the grated cheese...

  • Grated cheese doesn't belong in devilled eggs. It really means that one is trying to perfect perfection! Try Brini's blue cheese grilled cheese sandwich. A simple taste to die for.

  • @Christina5Archer Don't knock it until you've tried it!

  • You guys are so funny! Loved the video! Thanks!

  • Thanks Brini! Just in time for picnic season! So cheery and yellow, the daisy pattern of the egg really gave it that Brini touch. Wherever did you find that wonderful sharpshooter? Fetching appliance, isn't it? Mary Ellen - those eggs looked scrumptious - lol - good to see you again. Thanks Brini!

  • A SECRET: Add chopped water chestnuts... it' adds crunch and put chopped chives, or paprika on top after they are finished~

  • I heart Mary Ellen too! Come back to NYC Mary Ellen. Brini, you should do cooking demos. I'd go see that.

  • I adore Deviled Eggs and have tried several recipes from Horseradish to Smoked Sausage bits. I have used regular Yellow Mustard but have not tried the Dry Mustard before or the cheese! Thanks for a new recipe!!

  • How exciting to see another Brini Maxwell clip. Thanks for posting!

P.S. I love you, Mary Ellen. I don't think you receive enough fan affection, so here's some just for you.

    MWAH!
