Have you ever participated in homeless efforts and been exposed to the real data? Clearly no.

Have you ever been on welfare, have had parents who worked 60+ hour weeks and still have nothing left to save? Clearly no.

The amount of direct welfare paid out is less than what one single bank got in 2008. They were loaned 7 Trillion, nearly interest free. Can I get in on some of that rich man's welfare?

Laws of economics. If you tax something you get less of it, if you subsidize it, you get more. Democrats want to tax success, to discourage you from trying to get to the top. So you can suck on their tit and accept a handout to stay poor. Why should a successful person pay more in taxes? It makes absolutely no sense at all. You should encourage success

I don't agree with what most politicians do. But republicans are trying to free blacks and everyone else who is hooked on handouts. This keeps you down, because if you accept a job that isnt that great, you lose the handouts and its a waste of time in the mind of a handout recipient.

The strings attached to gov cheese are you must have an illegitimate child, have a child out of wedlock, leave the man, be on your own, the point is you have to be and stay poor in order to recieve benefits.

Democrats use Handouts to keep blacks down, and control them for a vote.

dude, that wasn't Bushs war. I don't like Bush, and most politicians in general. They all lie, you have to understand that. But I don't agree with bailouts, and Obama spent that same money on bailouts as well, and a stimulus that didn't work. The war is just a trillion by itself, not "s".

Welfare destroys people. Food stamps destroy people. Nobody has ever starved to death in the USA. What did people do before 1964, when food stamps were available? They found a way.

The number one staple of freedom is the individual and his ability to feed his own mouth. Instead, for the past 50 years, we have been giving handouts to people for votes. Trading food stamps, welfare checks, and section 8 housing for votes. In turn, the handouts are just enough for the recipients to not want to try to become something. In the end, they become a slave a the state, and demand more benefits that are undeserving. And they point at successful people and want their money.
