A crinoid (also known as a sea lily) is knocked down by a submersible, and it is discovered that they can actually crawl along the ground! This is the video of the discovery. Before this, it was belived Crinoids couldn't move.

  • Man, I'm sorely disappointed. Years ago I found a gif of this on 4chan in a creepy thread, and they said that it was a MASSIVE, unknown animal. Now I know that it's just a sea lily. Fuckin' disappointing, man.

  • @Somarinoa i lost both my grandparents on my moms side. i realy didn't fell anything when my mom's dad died, the only time i was around him was when i was young, & i don't rember much from before i was ten. oh, & my grandma on my dads side is above 80 years old(she dosn't look a day over 60) & is curently a great-great-grandmother to my cousins grandson, aka my 3ed cousin. so far shes the only living great-great-grandparent(to anyone) i know.
