She cant singing or dancing, she can just stripping on the dancefloor. I just watched this video for background dancers Joe Slaughter, Jamie Ruiz, Paula Van Oppen and other talented dancers... Director of the video is also choreograper of the Pussycat Dolls and Girlicious.

I wouldn't say autotune, but I would say pitch correction for sure, then again almost every artist uses that. Still a good track that makes you feel good!
