No you cannot. Iphone does not have overlay for the camcorder mode. Iphone does not have an electronic compass. iphone is not Open source. iphone app store takes too much time to authorize new applications that have to be vetted by Apple.

The iPhone is a toy compared to any other smart phone.

IBM, please make an app like this for my supermarket that includes their full inventory and location of those items.
The first player to dev a mobi app that let's me find a particular food on my grocer's shelve will make it rich! That's because grocery stores don't have an inventory of their products, so when you ask customer service if they have potato starch or edamame (sp) they are unable to assist you.

It would be cooler if you had an app that you could add lables on your stuff at home, then when u look around with the camera it will remember where all the items are.

This is amazing. I can't believe a phone can do this and all people can say is that the UI is slow or it uses battery. search for 'everything is amazing but nobody's happy' on YouTube to see what I'm on about.
