  • "We witnessed many fairies taking offerings that we had left."

    No you didn't.

  • yes i did

  • The Earth's wobble is also known as the Precession of the Equinoxes and takes 25,920 years to complete (Plato's great year). Each of the 12 ages are 2,160 years (based on the fact that the stars "fall back" one degree in 72 years). Pagans (nature-worship) knew this long before Plato, as the Greek writer Herodutus observed.

  • Something I didn't know. Thanks for sharing.

  • Good, except the change in slides was too fast.

  • Sorry I read much faster than the average person. (It's okay because I suck at math) In these older videos especially, I had problems with pacing.

Yep. Norse gods, as well as the Celtic ones, had much written and told about them. The only source for Eostre/Ostara is Bede. He seemed to get details wrong, too, since hares and rabbits are associated with Moon Goddesses, not Sun ones.

So, in a way, Christianity's Easter being celebrated after the full moon following the Vernal Equinox is more appropriate for this particular goddess.

  • Wonderful video. I will have to try that ritual this year. Thanks!

  • Lovely! I can't wait till this years spring equinox. I am going to gather tons of flowers.

  • very enlightening thank you and so mote it be and blessed be

  • Paganism is clouded by missconception, and often practiced by people who know nothing about it's history or effect on the world. Paganism has been generalized into every modern day religion to some degree and for a reason. read the BOOK "OSTARA", do some actual research instead of "rituals" paganism is responsable for more death on this planet then anything, and i say this not to insult but to inform, or to motivate people to prove me wrong, and learn for themselves.
