EU warns on gas

The European Union is preparing to organise a loan to help Ukraine meet its gas bills. Head of the EU Commission, Jose Manuel Barroso, says the EU cannot "sleepwalk" into another gas crisis between Russia and Ukraine.

Germany (+UK and USA) payed the "orange revolution" only to help bring anti-Russian politicians to power in Ukraine. However it looks like Germany didn't realize that the people whom it financed are irresponsible and childish. Ukrainian president is an US puppet who came to power by violent "orange revolution" financed by CIA and EU. For the last couple of years he has demonstrated so openly that he is a US/EU puppet that he enjoys less than 2% of public support today. Fine these countries have multi-billion dollar contracts, but this still does not avoid the fact that EU countries are taking a serious look at relying on Russia for it's oil and natural gas needs. The EU is looking at ways to bypass Russia for it's energy needs because it's not in their national or security intrest to depend on Russian oil and natrual gas. This is a fact. What sane country in Europe would depend on Russia for it's energy needs? Think about it.

In the short term Europe needs Russian gas, but I would look for other sources or countries to supply oil and gas in the future. It is not worth depending on Russia, the Russian goverment plays to many games with oil and gas, not worth it.
