Much respect to Lenny. You know it's very hard for an artist to sometimes come out and say what they truely feel because of fear it will be takin out of context but there is NO WAY this can be takin out of context. This is coming straight from this brothers heart and if you can't feel that then you have no clue what real pain on losing someone dear to your heart really feels like. I want to thank you, Lenny, for your raw honesty in posting this. I'm so sorry for your pain. We're all collectively feeling her loss too...I so regret not having seen her perform live. Teena was indeed, an underrated, underappreciated treasure who I've loved since I was a child. I'm so glad that she helped illuminate your life as she did! She was not only a fierce talent and a rare beauty, but a beautiful soul and a generous heart, judging from your post here. Thanks for sharing, and Lady T!
