READ DISCRIPTION plz

Hello guys ,

first of all , plz dont be rude or anything .
I know im overweight but this really helps for me , i dropped 40 pounds in like 3 or 4 months time ..
this is a 100 lbs bag and the reason why you see me checking the top is because i had 3 of these bags in one month and they all broke

normally it shows tears after a minute or 3 , this is the first Everlast bag that lasted longer than a day with me .( probably some fault in the production idk )
my form isnt really good i guess . im just doing this as cardio ...
Im punching pretty hard but not yet at full power , i'd say 75 - 80 procent though here .

tell me what you guys think of my techniques and power and stuff ,
i'd love to get some advice .

cheers

  • yo, how did u hook this up to the ceiling

  • @Maniboy440

hmm , im not that good in english , but ill try to explain :)

A normal hook to hold the bag isnt enough for me lol

i tear it out of the ceiling each and every time

so we tried smething else ,

basically we made 4 holes in the ceiling and put 2 chemical substances together which becme rock solid when they come in contact ,

and now its hanging for quite some while now , its very good ..

we call it a ( chemische verankering ) , search and translate via google

    cheers

  • You got some power bro keep it up dont stop for anyone.

  • You have some serious power in your punch. If you had better technique, you'd make a good fighter.

  • Dude, Dt listn to t negatives, yu hae a HELL oa punch bro, just kepat it,n ust keep workin

  • KEEP FIGHTING MEN!

  • use a heavier bag thats to light for you

  • THIS IS RIDICULOUS! go chill out bro..

  • @EvilHenchman10 You should crouch more, and tuck your head in behind your arms when you''re throwing a straight. Your positioning is good, and your head is well tucked in. You seem too focused on power though... Just concentrate on snapping your hips and shoulders behind every punch, and think more about speed. The power is there, just worry about speed...

  • You're not a natural southpaw, and your jab is too slow coming back to your face. Fight orthodox, and use more straights son! keep your elbows more tucked in towards te middle of your body because you're always open to the easiest shot to pull off... a shot to the abdomen... Also, you need head movement after every 2-3 punches. This will wear you out, but if you leave your head in one place and don't move it in a street fight, your opponent will move it for you, and not in a way you'de like...

  • If you leave the bag hanging, it wears out the place where the straps are sewn to the bag. That's why some people choose to get a heavy bag stand, it's easier to hang the bag, and take it down afterwards. Also, you may want to roll it a few times on the ground after you're done, this can prevent older bags from becoming lopsided or developing dents. Keep up the good work, you'll be fit as a fiddle in no time!
