anyone who is attempting this repair is wasting their time. Sell your ps3 as is or for parts and buy a new ps3. If you fix the problem it WILL come back in a couple months or less and happen continously until the motherboard completely fails or you give up on having to fix it all of the time. Ive done hundreds of these repairs and now I almost refuse to do them and talk people out of getting it repaired unless they really really really care about backing up their game saves.
