  • one of my favourite sketches by far!!!

i like the bit with the fridge :D:D:D

  • I saw this show, the 50 Greatest Comedy sketches. To see things like this, four candles, mastermind, Gerald the talking gorilla, the spanish inquisition and the parrot sketch lower placed than the actually number 1, Lou and Andy (swimming pool) was shocking. Not only are all the afformentioned sketches 500 times funnier, but the swimming pool thing was just the same as every other L&A joke. Not funny at all. This on the other hand, would have been a worthy number 1.

  • @111chris222 Yeah its the same when channel 4 done funniest comedians and placed guys like Billy Connelly and tommy cooper behind Ross Noble (who the fuck is ross noble) they are disgraceful with their choices.....also hate the Z-listers giving commentary through a good sketch just to give their uncared about input.

  • Yeah, I don't see what's so funny about the Lou and Andy sketches. As with most Little Britain sketches, the characters get REALLY predictable after a while.

  • As good as comedy gets

  • here here,

  • Totally agree.

  • It was originally Ernie Wise's idea back in the 60's. And did you know that the person sending the toast up through the toaster was Peter Wragg who went on to do special effects on Red Dwarf.
