INBI World is an international organization, consisting of many clubs worldwide. Its' main objective is an integrated human development, and it constantly implements practical and laboratory research on human natural processes. This research is based not only on modern tendencies, but also on the unique knowledge of ancient civilizations, and this gives an opportunity to combine an understanding of natural human rhythms and the main principles of creating, harmonizing and developing physical, spiritual, and energetic sources in a human being.

INBI World practices are based on the system of knowledge, perfectly balanced and related to the integrated human development -- there is never a temporary or random approach to the organization's activity. INBI World classes include different methods developed by leading world specialists and highly-skilled local masters.

INBI World was established in 1985 in Moscow, and at first consisted of just one small club. Its' main scope of work was the system of knowledge combining Japanese and Chinese traditional martial arts. The classes were based on the practice of philosophically spiritual filling, getting away from purely physical development and creating the combined system, which promotes general human development. In 1987 the club started incorporating different ethnic arts from various regions of the planet, thereby emphasizing the methodology of practicing "internal side" of regulating body, spirit and energy. The main objective of the classes was to make connection with the natural development rhythms and to fill bodies with the qualities, inherent to every human being. All this leads to an understanding that the correct and consecutive development would not enable us to improve our health, but would also give us an opportunity to increase our ability to create, leading to the natural discovery of the life rhythms. INBI world offers different forms of ethnic practices that develop concentration, coordination, sense of rhythm and ability to interact and listen to yourself and your surroundings.
