@asmith4726 what is the name of the unplugged cd? because i really want it and i cant find it on amazon or anything..?

When I was a kid, this was the first stp song I heard in the unplugged version. So I bought the cd, and realized, wow, stp is a hard rock band?! My father heard the cd and melted it in the wood furnace since he wasn't keen on letting us listen to hard rock. But I made sure to buy it once I was older. Some of the best jams on the Core cd I've ever heard. Probably still my favorite band to this day.

I understand it's acoustic, but I would have liked this more if it was a little closer to the original tempo. It seems to be a little too draggy and holds the song back a bit in my opinion.

@B8N4M6 Indeed. Weiland never sounded this good or this clear before or since. Unfortunately, dude was usually high as a kite when performing.

@fckrocknroll It's because Viacom is filled with bags of dicks.
Seriously, STP's Unplugged show isn't available on DVD, BDU, CD, VHS, or even Audio Cassette. It never was. It was aired on MTV and turned into a few music videos on MTV for awhile, then it disappeared.
Viacom needs to make it available, license it under fair use, or shut the **** up.

@MCSuire If by standard you mean the original electric version, it's around and you just need to search for it... If you are looking for the original unplugged that has the video... Good luck with that (I saw one, but not gonna favorite it because they keep getting removed and I keep having to search for it over and over and over, so screw it, just going with the audio)

This version is probably even better than the original :-). Great job. It really brings things down to earth.
