The Coalition to Unchain Dogs is based in Durham, North Carolina and has recently expanded into Raleigh. Charlotte. the Triad, Richmond, VA and Washington, D.C. I cannot believe HOW these people had these dogs chained up...being chained up is horrible enough but to be chained up on such short, tangled leashes is inexcusable! Bless all of you who made their unchaining possible!

OMG,there is no excuse to keep dogs on such short chains,and to chain them where they can tangled! Doesn't anyone have any sense at all? Thank you for freeing these dogs!
