I have a question- Is "être" really used for the verb 'passer' in passé composé as given in your list of verbs that use être for passé composé? Because i think it's correct to say " J'ai passé .." (use of avoir) and not "Je suis passé .."

il m'a aide beaucoup. PASSE COMPOSE

It is impossible not to say this language is beautiful. French is my third language, and I'll eventually move on to Portuguese. Excellent lessons.

merci beaucoup!!! lol, but i have a question. you know 'vous'? sometimes it is used as a formal greeting for one person. do you still put the 's' at the end?

@antonfatso - Yes, the "s" is always present if it's singular or plural.

Also, may I question??
Why we say the imparfait for the verb "etre" is eteais etc, while we say nous sommes!!

@acberg1 - "Être" among other verbs (faire is one of them as well) doesn't behave as the regular verbs. So it does mean that you only need to learn the basic form and then the endings will be the same as the other verbs.
