Cornette threatens Russo and gets legal letter

Jim Cornette has made some very strong comments on his blog towards Vince Russo, which you can read at http://www.jimcornette.com/ The comments are from an email he sent to Terry Taylor, who is a TNA employee. Also available at that link is a letter Cornette received in response to his blog post from the law firm of Davis, Shapiro, Lewit & Hayes, LLP.

The letter calls Cornette's comments "terroristic threats" and claims that as a result of those comments, Russo "has understandably experienced extreme fear for himself and his family."

@MRobert21 No, he said that if he COULD kill Russo and get away with it, he would. Desiring and dreaming of things are perfectly legal and acceptable. If you honestly actually thought he was going to kill Russo, then you are an overreacting simpleton. You know what Cornette sounds like to me? A human being, being real. Cornette cant make commentaries right now because he has commented on pretty much all the main strem wrestling organizations and that means he may not get jobs. The brother still needs money so he is being quiet. He doesnt have the money to fight any lawsuits. And if he doesnt get some steday work, what else is he going to do? What does an Ex Booker for prowrestling do when he cant work? Go work at Dairy Queen in hayden kentuky? Cornett is being quiet to get a job.

@swatson42079 Thank you very much and I agree with you.  It is hard to find reason and common sense on the internet in terms of wrestling. Most of the web smarks are scum, like their heroes such as Cornette, who have no lives, so they are psychotically addicted to wrestling and they have no sense of right or wrong. They think what ever their idols like Cornette say is gospel and by sucking up online to their idols that their idols will in some way recognize and reward them for their insanity.
