I agree with Kelly - it 'looks' like a CustomBilt but my guess is it's not. There were a number of pipes that gave a try at that distinctive rustication and style. They were often denoted 'Imported Briar' and nothing else. Nice refurb job(s)!

There seems to be so many maker possibilities that I might as well consider it a custom built for simplicity's sake.
