For your age you have some really good development. Use a cloth tape measure, flex with your fist doubled and bent over your arm or shoulder. Measure at the peak, you short changed yourself here. Keep working out because it is REALLY paying off. Eat good, that is a lot of it. You're doing good. I want to keep track of progress.
