  • The concept of green architecture is pretty old. Back then it wasn't very expensive either. Although a LEED Cert is nice, it's not for the average consumer. Mr. Wright's homes had extended overhanging roof lines and he positioned the homes to make use of the Sun in the 1920's. There is nothing new under the sun however; Green doesn't have to = expensive.
