Its probably worth pointing out, as many of you have commented that this is a set up - though, a hilarious one none the less.
Furthermore, Our men and women are fighting very hard overseas and I have the upmost respect for what they are doing, and for protecting this country.

Perfect way to defend a beach have a bank of gravel for them to stand on then they step in to mud that make's them sink

Not newbies. Those guys are Royal Engineers that mouthed off to the Marines that they could do the whole amphibious thing just as well. So the Marines told them to prove it. The crew of that boat are Marines and tehy picked that spot for a reason. :D

as someone who was invited to find out what the muzzle of an SLR tastes like (the actual words used were "Suck it you fenian cunt!" may I say that i have no respect for the british army whatsoever and as the iranians discovered when they caught them on the wrong side of the Iran/Iraq border, and made them cry by saying "you look like mister bean!" and confiscating their i-pods, they may be able to dish it out, but they certainly can't take it.

@regthrumper I obviously can't comment on what you say has happened, however, I would suggest that isn't usual behaviour from the brave men and women that protect people not only in this country but people across the world, and deal with high stress situations every day.
