All the people who say Matt Smith doesnt make them cry, must have pulled ut their eyes when 10 regenerated. This scene tops the emotional ladder of DW since the reebot
-
I really cannot wait till the soundtrack for this series comes out

@Conorp77 This scene would have been gorgeous and heartbreaking with action figures. This whole episode. Matt never moves me to any emotion at all, but this episode relies on your investment in the Doctor and the TARDIS, not in Eleven or in how well the lines are delivered. The years of caring about the TARDIS and of seeing the Doctor lose everything dear to him over and over again is what makes this hurt so much more, because it's one more piece of his home and love he can't have.

Shame you can hear the voices, and also a shame that this wasn't on the soundtrack.

@BeyondBirthday222 hes not, i watched it with subtitles and it says "I love you"

This episode really impressed on how close a TARDIS and its Time Lord are. Because of the nature of their relationship they are basically married when it comes down to it.
-
@pinkjaguar12 I think what you're hearing is the Doctor say 'Alive isn't sad.'
-
at the end of this scene i can just hear her whisper "I love you" very faintly as she's disappearing. it's almost like only the Doctor could hear it.
-
i like how they used this song again in last night's episode. it is so beautiful
-
@dWhoFan9 It makes it so much better

One of the greatest moments in the series history.

this part was so sad. the doctor had finally found an equal to talk to, to love, and then she was whisked away again. she's still there, but they can't talk. they are together, but separated.
"There's one thing i want to say to you"
"goodbye"
"hello. hello doctor, it's so very nice to meet you."
Sadly voices leak out into the music much more in this episode
